Company Principals
MALCOLM FRIEDLAND - Director, Strategic Planning
President and co-founder of a commercial real estate investment and management company,. Malcolm has over 20 years experience at all levels of real estate ownership, management and investment. He also brings to Red Rabbit Energy a strong background in assembling partnerships and joint ventures. His overall strategic leadership skills are a proven asset.
Malcolm has been involved in mentoring and charity work for most of his life. He has coached children’s soccer, and has long been involved with Toronto’s Ragamuffins FC.
BENJAMIN FRIEDLAND - Director, Operations & Finance
Asset Manager for Stonegate Properties Inc., Ben manages the real estate portfolio and is responsible for new acquisitions and due diligence reviews. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Ted Rogers School of Management. His main assets are his business development background and solid understanding of operational and strategic management.
Ben serves as a "Big Brother" and is an active member of the local political
riding association. He is optimistic that the less than hospitable climate
of the Niagara Escarpment will not foil his project to establish an organic
vineyard.
HUSEYIN AYMAN - Director, International Operations
Huseyin has over 20 years of solid experience in international corporate and project management, with extensive work in the energy field. He started his career as a product development engineer for Ford Motor Corporation. After working for Enbridge Inc. in Engineering and International Divisions he joined Hydrogenics Fuel Cell Corp. as the Manager of Customer Service and Technical Support. Most recently, Huseyin worked as the CEO of iMeter Corp., a manufacturer of turbine and rotary natural gas meters, based in the Netherlands.
After facilitating the successful sale of iMeter Corp. to an American
holding company, he has recently joined Red Rabbit Energy Corporation.
Huseyin has a Mechanical Engineering degree and has a special interest in
the aviation field.
UGUR AYMAN - Director, Business Development
Ugur has worked in project management, lecturing
at the university level, research, and career counseling. She was employed by
Enbridge as a Coordinator for a market assessment project to develop a
natural gas distribution system in Turkey, and has served as the Project
Managerof a provincial Refugees Program for newcomers to Ontario. Ugur’s qualifications include
a Masters Degree in Psychological Counseling, and a diploma in
Career Counselling. She is a Life Skills Coach and has worked with youth-at-risk
and people with disabilities.
ILSE MOZGA - Director, Marketing
Born and raised in Austria, Ilse worked as Business Manager for a large international non-profit organization. She currently owns and operates both a graphic and web design company, and a seasonal landscaping business providing sustainable lawn and garden care. Ilse has a strong flair for marketing and creative design and thought.
She has academic credentials in literature and theatre, and has published poetry and translations.
